Lifespan relocated a healthcare major’s Data Center from the old facility to a new facility:

A dedicated 5-member crew went into the high level security data center for specific ITAD operations:

1. Remove all equipment from 4 Rack Systems : SAN Rack / Application Rack / Communication Rack / National Rack
2. Specialized boxing material / packages were used to fit specific IT units pulled from the Racks. This was used to protect the units during transit to the new facility.
3. All IT Assets were labeled and color coded for the install at the new data center site.

Hard disks were pulled from the units requested. Lifespan, in accordance with HIPPA & AAA NAID Certification, captured the SN/Make/Model of the hard disks. They were then shredded at the client’s HD onsite Data Center Facility. Lifespan provided the Full Reporting and Certificate of Destruction.
